Rules for Using SugarMumKenya

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SugarMumKenya, a platform connecting you with sugar mummies in Kenya for 650 KES per connection. By paying this fee, you agree to these terms, ensuring a respectful and fair experience across cities like Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and more.

1. Service Description

SugarMumKenya facilitates connections through a simple process:

• Pay 650 KES for one connection.
• Receive photos of sugar mummies in your chosen city, such as Nakuru or Eldoret.
• Select one, and we provide her phone number.
• She calls you to plan a meeting at a mutually agreed time and place.

We provide contact details but do not guarantee meeting outcomes or relationships.

2. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide a valid name, phone number, and city for the connection.
• Official Payments: Use only verified methods listed in Payment Details.
• Respectful Conduct: Treat sugar mummies courteously, avoiding harassment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow our Safety Tips for meetings.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all interactions are consensual and legal under Kenyan law.

3. Payment Terms

The 650 KES fee per connection is non-refundable and covers:

• Photos of available sugar mummies.
• Contact details of your chosen sugar mummy.
• Coordination for her call.

Payments must be made via official channels. Disputes can be addressed at Contact Us. Refunds are offered only if we fail to deliver promised services.

4. Conduct During Connections

After receiving contact details, you must:

• Plan meetings in safe, public places, like cafes in Nairobi or beaches in Mombasa.
• Communicate respectfully during the sugar mummy’s call.
• Honor agreements made for the meeting.

Inappropriate behavior may lead to service denial.

5. Limitation of Liability

SugarMumKenya is not responsible for:

• Results of meetings or relationships.
• Losses from interactions arranged via our service.
• Misrepresentations by sugar mummies, though we verify identities.

6. Service Termination

We may refuse service if you:

• Violate these terms (e.g., false information).
• Engage in harassment or illegal acts.
• Attempt to avoid the 650 KES fee.

Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy upon termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on SugarMumKenya, including text and images, is our property or licensed. You may not reproduce it without permission, except for personal connection use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts, with initial contact via support@sugarmumkenya.co.ke.

9. Updates to Terms
